I have made it a personal goal to continually develop and enhance my therapeutic skills and throughout this time have trained and qualified as an Acupuncturist, Tai Chi Chuan Instructor, Client-Centred Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist, and Mental Fitness Coach.
As a therapist, teacher, and coach, I have combined my knowledge and experience in both Eastern and Western philosophies, systems, and techniques to create a unique way of working with clients. Through this unique way of working, I have successfully helped hundreds of people to overcome and resolve problems on a physical, emotional, and psychological level.
